The Arts Society Malvern Hills

We are a member society of The Arts Society, formerly the National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies (NADFAS).

We arrange a programme of lectures each month from September to May in Colwall Village Hall, Mill Lane, Colwall.  Normally the lectures start at 7.30 pm with tea and coffee available from 7.00 pm. The Arts Society accredited lecturers are of national and international standing and their topics include all areas of decorative and fine arts.

During each year we hold  'Days of Special Interest', several visits within the UK, and cultural tours within the UK or overseas.

We contribute to arts projects for young people through local schools and other organisations.

We have a Church Recorders' group which produces detailed records of the contents of places of worship.
Our Heritage Volunteers carry out textile and book conservation and some of our members act as guides at Little Malvern Court.

Please note that there is a small waiting list for membership, if you would like to apply to join this list contact the Membership Secretary.
